SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Tash Cosmetics!

We take pride in carefully packaging and sending your order as quickly as possible.

Processing Time 

All orders are processed within 3-7 days after payment is received. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We'll notify you by email or SMS if there's significant delay. 

Estimated Delivery Times:

Local (within the same province): 2-4 days 

National (outside province): 3-7 days 

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier delays 

Damages or Lost Parcels 

Tash Cosmetics is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the courier to file a claim. You may also contact us for assistance. 

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping details are correct before confirming your order. Tash Cosmetics is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We take great care in creating and packaging our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below. 

 

Returns 

Due to the nature of our products (fragrances and body butters), we do not accept returns for open or used items for hygiene and safety reasons. 

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it so we can resolve the issue. 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are damaged or faulty. If you need an exchange for the same product, please email us with your order details and photos of the damaged item.

Refunds 

Refunds are only issued for orders that cannot be replaced or fulfilled. Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. 

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate and correct the mistake.
